Please read these terms before using Quick Text Inserter ("Software"). By selecting I Agree and Continue, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, select Decline and Exit.

1. Freeware and permitted use

The Software is provided without charge for personal and business use, subject to these terms and any accompanying license. Free distribution does not transfer ownership of the Software, its branding, or other intellectual property. Any third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

2. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Agentive CSA disclaims express and implied warranties, including warranties concerning merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, reliability, security, and compatibility.

Agentive CSA does not guarantee that the Software will operate without interruption or errors, work with every application or computer configuration, meet your requirements, or that defects will be corrected.

3. Your responsibility for inserted text

You are responsible for the snippets you create, store, import, and insert. Review all inserted text before saving, sending, submitting, or relying on it.

Automatic insertion may place text in an unintended field, replace existing content, or behave differently across applications. You are responsible for confirming the destination, accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the resulting text.

Sample snippets are examples only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice and must be reviewed and adapted before use.

4. Data, backups, and sensitive information

Maintain independent backups of your snippets and important files. Agentive CSA does not provide a backup or recovery service and does not guarantee that data will be preserved or recoverable.

You are responsible for protecting your computer and complying with applicable privacy, confidentiality, security, workplace, and recordkeeping requirements. Using the Software does not establish compliance with HIPAA or any other regulatory standard. Obtain any permissions required before using it with sensitive information or workplace systems.

5. Third-party applications and services

Third-party applications, websites, operating systems, email services, and integrations are outside Agentive CSA's control. Their availability, restrictions, updates, and terms may affect the Software. Agentive CSA is not responsible for failures or losses caused by those third parties.

6. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability

You use the Software at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agentive CSA and its owners, employees, developers, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for losses or damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Software.

This limitation includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages; lost profits or revenue; business interruption; lost or corrupted data; unintended text insertion; disclosure of information; and costs of replacement services, even if the possibility of such damages was known.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, negligence, or other tort, except where applicable law prohibits them.

7. Indemnification and hold harmless

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentive CSA and its owners, employees, developers, contractors, and affiliates against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Software, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these terms.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct by a protected party for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Support, changes, and discontinuation

Providing the Software free of charge does not create an obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, or continued availability of related services. Agentive CSA may modify or discontinue the Software or related services. Material changes to these terms will be presented for acceptance before they apply to your subsequent use.

9. Rights preserved and severability

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where applicable law prohibits its exclusion.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
