These terms govern your use of the Agentive CSA website and its Sign Up form (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Use of the Site

Use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Site or its forms to send spam or misleading submissions.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or connected systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract Site content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Website content

Text, graphics, logos, and other Site content are provided by Agentive CSA or its licensors and may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own business evaluation. Other copying, distribution, or use requires permission unless allowed by law.

Services and consultations

Site descriptions and sample conversations are for general information. They do not constitute a binding offer, a promise of a specific result, or a client service agreement. The scope of any AI receptionist service, pricing, timelines, phone and AI usage charges, responsibilities, and support terms will be set out in a separate written agreement with the client.

Please do not put sensitive information about your customers or callers in the Sign Up form. We will discuss any information needed to configure a service through an appropriate client process.

Third-party services and links

The Site includes a form provided by a third-party platform and may link to other websites. Their services and content are outside our control and may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you provide through the Site.

Site availability and warranties

We provide the Site and its informational content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding the Site, including uninterrupted access and freedom from errors or harmful components. This section does not change any rights you may have under a separate written service agreement or applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agentive CSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this Site or reliance on its informational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms and post the updated version here with a new date. Revised terms apply to use of the Site after they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
